Our online training provided by Careskills Academy is about the importance of Appraisals and how they support health and social care workers to positively develop in their role.

We train all CrestPlus staff to ensure all support workers/Nurses/Healthcare Assistants go through rigorous compliance and training to make sure top-quality care is given to all service users and clients’ customers.

Candidate Declaration & Consent:

The applicant is responsible to complete the mandatory training modules in order to become compliant. The applicant is also responsible to continue and further develop their knowledge and learning. The applicant is also welcome to complete the online learning for the new Care Certificate, however this is for knowledge and learning only to help you gain a better understanding of your role and responsibility in care. The applicant will have access to Careskills Academy online platform for 12 months from date of purchase. Applicant will be invited and enrolled once payment has been actioned (refund will not be possible once you are enrolled onto the online platform), this will be managed by Crestplus Head office in Westbury. The applicant will be guided to complete the courses in a set order. Once the applicant has completed the mandatory modules, they will have access to the Careskills Academy online courses.
